If the
meter's seal or box has been broken or played with,
the consumer must pay all penalties according to the
regulations applied within GEDCo.

The
consumer will be responsible for the penalty placed
due to actions such as changing the amount of the
consumed energy registered in the meter by stopping
the meter while consuming.

Selling
electricity to a person who does not have a
subscription whether it was directly from the meter
or by bypassing, the customer will be held
accountable for all charges and penalties that are
applied within GEDCo in this regard.

If the
customer reconnects the electricity that was cut by
GEDCo by switching on the circuit breaker switch or
by installing fuses instead of the removed ones by
GEDCo's for reasons like not paying the bill, then
the company will disconnect it and the customer will
not get the electricity back until he pays the full
amount of the consumption and the connection fees.

If the
electricity has been cut from GEDCo because the bill
has not been paid, the customer has to pay the fees
for disconnect and reconnect the electricity.
