To Improve its Administrative work system ; GEDCo participated in the workshop held in the General Personnel Council titled ” preparing Job Description Form”

A delegation from GEDCo Participated in the workshop  including  :  Mr. Osama Muhaisin GEDCo’s General Director assistant , Mr. Zuhir Abou Khater ,Personnel Manager, Mr. Mohamed abu Halabia, Manager of Training section ,representative of  planning section  and the head of administrative affairs sections in all GEDCo’s branches .

Mr. Iyad Abu Safia ,Manager of development of HR policies in the  General Personnel Council reviewed the mechanism of preparing Job Description Form in General  and the mechanism of  deriving the   performance evaluation items . He explained  both job analysis form and  Job Description form  and the linking between them .

This workshop  aims to enhance  the relationships with  the external institutions to get benefit from  their experiences in  improving  the administrative works in GEDCo .

In the end of the workshop Mr. Osama Muhaisen,  GEDCo’s General Director assistant  presented  many thanks to the General Personnel Council  for the hospitality, stressing on the importance of promoting and enhancing the mutual cooperation .
