في إطار الحشد والمناصرة لقضية الكهرباء
وفد من كهرباء غزة ينفذ زيارة لمكتب الميزان لحقوق الانسان بالمحافظة الوسطى
زار وفد من شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة يضم كل من م. محمود شحادة مدير إدارة العناية بالزبائن وا.محمد ثابت مدير وحدة العلاقات العامة والاعلام ، مكتب مركز الميزان لحقوق الانسان في محافظة الوسطى، وذلك في اطار سعي الشركة لحشد الدعم والمناصرة لقضية الكهرباء في قطاع غزة وتسليط الضوء على حق مواطني القطاع بالحصول على الكهرباء لتمكينهم من ممارسة حياتهم الطبيعية والحصول على كافة الخدمات التي تكفل لهم حياة كريمة بعد أكثر من عامين على حرب الإبادة.
وقد كان في استقبال الوفد كل من ا. سمير زقوت نائب مدير المركز و د. حسين حماد و د. باسم أبو جري الباحثين الاكاديميين في المركز .
تم اطلاع إدارة المركز على الخسائر والأضرار الخاصة بقطاع توزيع الكهرباء وعلى خطط الشركة للمرحلة القادمة بما فيها خطة التعافي المبكر لقطاع توزيع الكهرباء بما فيها الاحتياجات الطارئة لأغراض تنفيذ تلك الخطط بما يلبي احتياجات السكان والقطاعات الحيوية من الكهرباء
وقد تمت مناقشة عدد من القضايا ذات الصلة واتفق الطرفان على مواصلة التنسيق والتواصل لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة وعلى رأسها الضغط باتجاه سرعة ربط قطاع غزة بالكهرباء وتأمين كافة متطلبات واحتياجات هذا القطاع.

A delegation from GEDCO visited Al Mezan Center for Human Rights office in the Middle Governorate.
A delegation from GEDCO , including Eng. Mahmod Shehadah, Director of the Customer Care Department, and Mr. Mohammed Thabet, Director of Public Relations Unit, visited Al Mezan Center for Human Rights office in the Middle Governorate.
The visit comes as part of the Company's efforts to mobilize support and advocate for the electricity issue in Gaza and highlight the right of Gaza citizens to have electricity, enabling them to live normal life and access all services that guarantee them a normal life with dignity after more than two years of genocide.
The Company team was received by Mr. Sameer Zaqout, Vice President of the Center; Dr. Hussein Hammad, Director of the Center's Office in the North of Gaza Strip; and Mr. Basem Abu Jari, Director of the Researches Unit. The center's management was briefed on the losses and damages to the electricity distribution sector and the company's plans for the next phase, including the early recovery plan for the electricity distribution sector, including emergency needs for the implementation of these plans to meet the electricity needs of the population and vital sectors. Some other relevant issues were discussed, and the two parties agreed to continue coordination and communication to achieve common goals, the most is pushing twards the rapid connection of the Gaza Strip to electricity and securing all the sector's requirements.
